Hey there!

I’m Joe Burns – The Saltwater Shutterbug

I am a St. Augustine based photographer taking Air, Sea and Landscapes -what I call Coastline Photography. The history and beauty of the city and the area inspire me to try to capture it on print and you can see what I see and love about the world we live in.

I grew up a Navy Brat, been all over and seen a million things, but the beauty of the nature is what captures me and what I hope to share with you. After studying photography in college, I took several years “living life” and raising a family. In 2016, I rediscovered my passion with a camera again and have finally decided to do something about it.

I am currently chasing my dreams and passions. First and foremost, I’m a dad! After that, I’m a Realtor in Florida, a youth soccer coach, I work with a nationwide non-profit disaster relief organization and am a photographer. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoy taking them.
